Some Clients like to have control of their own books and just need a bit of guidance. If that sounds like you, then this is the perfect package.

What’s Included:

  •  The client is responsible for entering their own invoicing and expenses

  • We can review the file on a monthly or quarterly basis

  • We can make changes or provide the revisions for client to make

  • We can answer any questions via phone, email or in person - extra fee

  • We can train you on how to properly use QuickBooks - extra fee

DIY Package $75 Per Hour

Small Package $150 Per Month

What’s included:

  • Up to 50 transactions per month

  • Your Quickbooks Online file (invite us) or Quickbooks Desktop

  • TaxDome electronic document and cloud storage

  • Monthly Processing

  • Online access to up to 2 bank or credit card accounts

  • Email, phone or Zoom support - 1 hour per quarter

  • Monthly Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet Reports

Medium Package $250 Per Month

What’s included:

  • Up to 100 transactions per month

  • Includes all Small Package features

  • Use of our Quickbooks Online Plus Subscription $100/month

  • Manual entry from bank statements is billed separately as additional transactions

Large Package $350 Per Month

What’s included:

  • Up to 200 transactions per month

  • Includes all Small Package features

CRA Remittances $25 Per Filing

  • Source Deductions

  • HST

  • WSIB

  • ROE

Payroll $15 Per Run (up to 9 employees with Workforce access and direct deposit)

  • Weekly

  • Bi-Weekly

  • Monthly

    Payroll slips emailed and etransfer processing $5.00 extra

Year End Slips $100 Per Year
